Dragon Ball Super’s Goku Becoming a Macy’s Day Parade Balloon

Dragon Ball Super’s Goku will be a part of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade this year, in the form of a gigantic balloon.

To celebrate the upcoming North American release of Dragon Ball Super: Broly, Goku will take to the skies when the Parade passes through Manhattan on November 22.

The balloon is 70 feet long, 36 feet wide and 56 feet tall, and was created by a combination of Macy’s Studio artists and Toei Animation. It depicts Goku in his Super Saiyan Blue form.

Goku will join the likes of Frozen’s Olaf, the Red Ranger, and Pikachu in the parade.

Dragon Ball Super: Broly is the 20th Dragon Ball film, and will arrive in US theaters on January 16, 2019.
