Here are some of the daily inspection and maintenance recommendations for the automatic block production line of burn-free block:

1. Check whether the block machine supporting the vibrating screen exciter oil level and oil quality is qualified and meets the requirements. Screen box, each beam and screen plate, pressure screen wood, etc. whether there is loose or fall, v-belt elasticity is appropriate, the universal coupling is intact, screen hole is damaged or blocked and so on.

2. Check whether there are foreign matters on the block machine supporting the vibrating screen; check whether all the shields such as the exciter shield and spring shield are fixed and reliable; check whether the screen box can vibrate freely. If there is a problem, it should be dealt with before starting the machine.

3. Check whether there is a jam between the supporting vibrating screen and the chute of the block machine; whether the incoming chute is stuck with large grain size material; whether the outgoing chute is piled up with fine coal sludge; whether the dust cover above the sieve machine is loose, whether the dustproof coal blocking skin used is too tight; whether the dustproof position is suitable; whether the coal is accumulated in the chute below the sieve front; whether the distance between the sieve machine and the incoming chute and the outgoing chute reaches the prescribed distance.

4. Check whether the support spring is broken and damaged; whether the number of springs is installed and configured according to the requirements; whether the whole group of spring replacement and installation is replaced; whether the replacement and installation are in place, etc. If there are problems, it is necessary to deal with them as required before running.

5. After the inspection is completed to achieve the screen surface, feeding, discharge chute and screen chute without material accumulation and blockage, and can not be left inside the machine utensils.

6. When the sieve machine is running, the inspector should monitor the machine by listening, looking and measuring, stop in time when finding abnormalities, and then contact technical personnel for testing.
