High 5 Heights Offers Gifts For Your Valentine

PALOS HEIGHTS, IL — Stumped at what to get your friends, mom or significant other for Valentine’s Day. We cruised by High 5 Heights, or H5H, CHSD 218’s one-of-a-kind retail center that trains adult transition students who have graduated from Richards, Eisenhower and Shepard high schools.

High 5 Heights offers a wide selection of gifts for Valentine’s Day.

High 5 Heights, 12213 S. Harlem Ave., Palos Heights, provides skill development, employment, personal and social growth, and the marketing of goods for ATP students with special needs to equip them for independent lives.

The retail center carries goods including custom clothing, seasonal décor, greeting cards, wood working, crochet, paintings and drawings, and much more, all created by ATP students and graduates. The space also provides a job training center in heat transfer press, laser engraving, embroidery, Cricut, graphic design and other transferable work skills.

H5H is well stocked with Valentine’s Day gifts – Teddy bears, mugs, candy bags with handmade hearts, photo blocks, paintings, signs, cards, fuzzy slippers and teas. We also saw some adorable, hand crocheted baby hats, if you’re looking for something for a baby shower. The heat transfer press has been smoking, turning out sweatshirts and hoodies of varying shades of pink and red, with messages of love, peace and hearts.
