WWE Unveils New Logo For Raw On Netflix, Paul “Triple H” Levesque Coins New Tag-Line For Show

The new look for the WWE Raw logo was unveiled on Monday, December 16, 2024.

WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque surfaced on social media with a video that shows his visit to Netflix Headquarters for the start of the promotional push towards the move of WWE Raw from USA Network to Netflix starting with the first week of the New Year.

“Real. Rebellious. Raw.” wrote Levesque via X. “Welcome to WWE Raw on Netflix.”

WWE Raw is scheduled to debut on Netflix on Monday, January 6, 2025 from the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California.

Photo – Tay Melo Trains With Kenny Omega, Sammy Guevara And Others

Tay Melo has been training with a few fellow AEW wrestlers.

Melo, who has not wrestled since March 2023 following her pregnancy announcement at AEW Double or Nothing, took to Twitter on Sunday to share a photo of herself training with the likes of Kenny Omega, Sammy Guevara, Hikaru Shida, and Jon Cruz.

In her post, which you can see below, she captioned it with “Sunday funday.”

Melo was cleared to return in August 2024 and welcomed her daughter in November of last year.

Meanwhile, Kenny Omega has been sidelined due to diverticulitis and has not competed since December 2023. He will be returning at NJPW x AEW Wrestle Dynasty on January 5, 2025.

Backstage Update On Reason For Kevin Owens Post-Show Angle After WWE SNME, Plans For WWE TV

The post-show angle filmed after the WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event show wrapped up on December 14 was done for a very specific reason.

In addition to providing some extra buzz for the return episode of the special Saturday night WWE on NBC and Peacock series, Kevin Owens’ package piledriver to Cody Rhodes and post-show altercation with Paul “Triple H” Levesque provided a much-needed boost for next week’s WWE television shows.

With WWE talent preparing for their holiday break following WWE Raw, the company opted for a double taping of SmackDown last week. This scheduling created a logistical challenge: Kevin Owens and Cody Rhodes couldn’t appear in front of the live audience to avoid spoiling the outcome of their match, which was set to air the following night.

To address this, the post-show attack by Kevin Owens was strategically planned to help connect the storyline for next week. The live SmackDown crowd still had the opportunity to see both Cody Rhodes and Owens in person, while WWE worked creatively to include their segments in a way that kept the audience engaged.

As of this weekend, the plan is to air the attack on SmackDown alongside a backstage or in-car promo segment featuring Kevin Owens.

3 Ways to Prototype for NVH with 3D Printing

In prototyping automotive parts, it’s common for NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) to be placed on the back burner in the early product design phases, as there are often bigger challenges at play (like not breaking parts). NVH studies, often difficult and elusive, are not exactly a low-hanging fruit in the prototype phase.

However, a gram of prevention is worth a kilogram (nay, a slug!) of cure. Procrastination leads to costly design tear-ups and logistical havoc and having multiple different prototype pedigrees released to the customer makes program tracking exponentially more difficult. Valuable vehicle testing data is lost as old designs are now obsolete and mostly useless for validation.

3D printing is an invaluable tool in early stage prototyping for NVH—here are a few tips to help you get the most out of this technology.

1. Print Rapid Iterations of Geometric and Material Tweaks

The speed of 3D printing is extremely useful for experimentation (NVH or otherwise) in the prototype phase, as geometric and material tweaks (such as rubber stiffness) are trivially easy, whereas the cost to make changes to casting molds or forgings is time-consuming and costly.

This speed is especially useful for more challenging designs that have a high degree of uncertainty, and therefore benefit from physical experimentation. You can check out the different 3D printing material specs here.

2. Design Transparent Enclosures

Also useful in the prototyping phase is the 3D printed transparent housing, which is a very helpful tool to gain insight (literally) into what’s happening inside an enclosed product, such as a gearbox. While commonly use for lube flow observation, a clear housing is also invaluable for observing physical mechanisms which are otherwise shrouded in darkness. A clear housing makes the understanding of a click or clunk as easy as looking through a window.

3. Prototype Temperature Control with 3D Printed Housings

Without going too hogwild, consider this idea: Temperature can play a role in NVH performance. 3D printing allows you to create a prototype housing with built-in cooling channels in order to run a system (such as a gearbox or transmission) at high power without the added variables associated with temperature increase (decrease in lubrication viscosity, change in rubber stiffness, etc.).

The choice of sanitizer can significantly impact the costs of operating a large aquatics facility. This article addresses potential costs associated with two commonly used sanitizers: Calcium Hypochlorite (or Cal Hypo) and Trichloroisocyanuric Acid (or Trichlor).

When Calcium Hypochlorite and Trichloroisocyanuric Acid are added to pool water, they clearly increase available chlorine, however they also affect pH, alkalinity and either calcium hardness or cyanuric acid levels.

Think of it this way: Every time these sanitizers are added to the water, they bring additional chemicals “inside” them as well. Sometimes these “extra” chemicals are beneficial, sometimes you will have to pay to get rid of them.


Calcium Hypochlorite (Cal Hypo)

Calcium hardness plays a vital role in water chemistry, helping protect plaster, concrete and metal objects from corrosion caused by aggressive water.

A minimum of 150 ppm CH is required for pool water,   For plaster pools, AquaClear Engineer recommends a CH of at least 200 ppm. When the water falls between 150 and 1,000 ppm of CH, the saturation index can be maintained to prevent scale and cloudy water formation.

Adding 10 ppm of available chlorine using calcium hypochlorite will add 8 ppm CH, according to APSP. For a pool starting at 150 ppm CH, adding 10 ppm available chlorine daily with cal hypo would cause the CH in the pool water to reach 1,006 ppm in 107 days.

When water reaches 1,000 ppm CH, removing and replacing 1% will drop the CH 8 ppm, if the source water is 200 ppm CH. In a 100,000-gallon pool, the replacement amount equals 1,000 gallons. This will counter the CH added by the daily dose of cal hypo at these concentrations and rates.


Trichloroisocyanuric Acid (TCCA, Trichlor)

Cyanuric Acid (CYA) helps protect the available chlorine from decomposition caused by UV light.

A maximum of 100 ppm CYA is recommended by AquaClear Engineer, while the Model Aquatic Health Code recommends a maximum of 90 ppm CYA. For indoor pools, CYA is considered unnecessary and is not recommended, according to AquaClear Engineers.

Adding 10 ppm of available chlorine using trichlor will raise CYA by 6 ppm, according to APSP. For a pool starting at 30 ppm CYA, using trichlor to add 10 ppm of available chlorine each day would cause the CYA to reach 90 ppm in 10 days and 102 ppm in 12 days.

When CYA levels reach 90 ppm, 6.7% of the water volume must be removed and replaced to counter this daily addition of trichlor. At 100 ppm CYA, removing and replacing 6.0% of the water will counter the CYA added daily by the use of trichlor. For a 100,000-gallon pool, that amounts to 6,700 gallons and 6,000 gallons respectively.


By comparing the costs of using Calcium Hypochlorite (Cal Hypo) with those of using Trichloroisocyanuric Acid (TCCA,Trichlor),As for the use of Calcium Hypochlorite, cal hypo boosts pH, alkalinity and calcium hardness (CH) levels. Trichlor has the opposite effect on pH and alkalinity — reducing it. And where cal hypo affects CH, trichlor increases cyanuric acid (CYA). an estimate was made based on 2020 water and sewage rates in China, combined with 2020 chemical costs. This estimate shows that costs incurred by facilities using Cal Hypo might be considerably a little bit lower than those for the same facility using Trichlor. Both of them are high quality and efficient disinectant for a pool sanitation and maintenance.
