Jimmy Uso is back.

The former member of The Bloodline returned at WWE Bad Blood 2024 on October 5 to help Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes defeat current Bloodline duo Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu in the main event of the show.

While his return may have been overshadowed a bit by The Rock’s return moments later, Uso is still grateful to be back in the mix.

Uso surfaced on social media to share a photo of his in-ring hug with “The Original Tribal Chief” from the show, which garnered a huge reaction from the sold out crowd inside State Farm Arena in Atlanta, GA.

The lineup for AEW Wrestle Dream 2024 continued to take shape this weekend.

During the October 5 episode of AEW Collision, Darby Allin’s open challenge was answered by Brody King, as we recently reported.

Additionally, Private Party won a title eliminator bout, earning themselves a shot at AEW World Tag-Team Champions The Young Bucks at the upcoming pay-per-view scheduled for October 12.

WWE Women’s Champion “Queen” Nia Jax successfully retained her title with a victory over Bayley in the second match of the evening at the WWE Bad Blood 2024 premium live event at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, GA.

Near the end of the bout, Tiffany Stratton came out with her Money In The Bank briefcase as Jax is down and out after bumping the referee, who was also out. She laid out Bayley with the briefcase and thought about cashing it in, but as she helped the referee up, she turned to check on Nia, to make sure she was still down.

The referee recovers and is holding the briefcase and Tiffy sees Nia sit up like The Undertaker out of nowhere. She yanks the briefcase back from the ref and pleads with Jax, who gets in her face, assuring her she came out to help and not cash-in. Bayley tries rolling Jax up, but Jax kicks out, lays out Bayley and hits her finisher for the win.

It looks like a pair of TNA Wrestling legends are headed straight to the WWE main roster.

Although it was expected that Motor City Machine Guns duo Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin, who have signed with WWE, would debut or be teased for a debut during the inaugural WWE NXT on The CW Network show earlier this week in Chicago, Illinois, that never happened.

Now we know why.

During the October 4 episode of WWE SmackDown, which is the WWE Bad Blood 2024 “go-home” show for Saturday’s premium live event, a vignette aired teasing the arrival of someone to the SmackDown brand.

According to PWInsider.com, the vignette is the start of the promotional push towards the debut of legendary TNA Wrestling tag-team Motor City Machine Guns.

The footage that was shown during the vignette on the 10/4 SmackDown in quick-hit fashion with brief clips flashing before the words “Coming Soon” appeared at the end was shots of the city of Detroit, Michigan, otherwise known as “The Motor City.”
