Une frappe israélienne a détruit, lundi 1er avril, une annexe de l’ambassade d’Iran en Syrie, selon un média d’Etat iranien. Sur les premières vidéos, on aperçoit un épais nuage de fumée noire et un impressionnant amas de débris. “Des missiles israéliens ont détruit le bâtiment d’une annexe de l’ambassade iranienne à Damas, tuant six personnes”, confirme de son côté l’Observatoire syrien des droits de l’homme (OSDH), basé au Royaume-Uni mais disposant d’un important réseau de sources en Syrie.

Selon un correspondant de l’AFP à Damas, le bâtiment a été rasé par la frappe. “Hossein Akbari, ambassadeur de la République islamique d’Iran à Damas, ainsi que sa famille, n’ont pas été blessés lors de l’attaque israélienne”, ajoute l’agence de presse iranienne Nour.

Triple H is incredibly proud of the run WWE is currently on.

 

The company’s Chief Content Officer spoke with Complex to hype up this weekend’s WrestleMania 40, which everyone has referred to as the biggest WrestleMania of all time. During his chat, The Game compared this era of WWE to the famous Attitude Era, citing that business is white hot and everything they’re doing is just clicking with fans.

As we roll into this, the business is probably – I can look at it different now like where I just said a minute ago we didn’t know it was the Attitude Era at the time. Having lived through that, I can look at it right now and say we’re in another era like that. People won’t put a tag on it. Like, we didn’t call it the Attitude Era in the Attitude Era. They’ll put a tag on it later or whatever it is. But if we can maintain, we’re in that same white-hot level of, you know, everything sold out. Everything we’re doing is just clicking.

Triple H later points to the fact that big names like Travis Scott, Bad Bunny, or even The Rock want to be involved because the wrestling product is hot again.

And you see it – Travis Scott wanting to come in, you see it [with] Bad Bunny wrestling with us, you see it [with] The Rock coming back. Rock’s got a busy schedule. If wrestling’s on the down, he ain’t coming in. So you see that, you see that excitement. WrestleMania 40 will be massive and we’re going to do everything we can to make it the biggest WrestleMania in history.

– WWE released the latest episode of “WWE Playback” on their official YouTube channel on Monday morning to kick off WrestleMania XL Week. The 20 minute video features CM Punk and Randy Orton sitting down together to react to their match from WrestleMania XXVII. “CM Punk and Randy Orton are in the same room for the first time in more than a decade to relive their 2011 WrestleMania rivalry, their heated moment backstage, and Orton’s message to Punk before his shocking WWE return.”

– Also new to start off the week is a 16 minute video from the official Complex YouTube channel, which features WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque appearing in their “Sneaker Shopping” digital series. The official description for the “Triple H Goes Sneaker Shopping With Complex” video reads: “WWE Legend Triple H goes Sneaker Shopping with Complex’s Joe La Puma at Laced Dreams in Stamford, Connecticut, and talks about sneakers during the Attitude Era, Travis Scott’s impact on Jordan Brand, and the time he roasted John Cena’s Reebok Pumps.”

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Somerset County’s only Chuck E Cheese location in Bridgewater is permanently closing.

A company spokesperson told Patch that “based on the lease expiration terms,” the location at 600 Promenade Blvd. in Bridgewater will close effective April 7.

The company is welcoming families to visit Chuck E. Cheese locations nearby:

It is unclear what will replace Chuck E Cheese’s 10,644 square foot space. According to Kimco Realty, who leases the businesses at the Bridgewater Promenade, the space is “potentially available.”

Des jeunes en quête de spiritualité  

Cette année, 7 135 adultes vont se faire baptiser en France, un chiffre en constante augmentation depuis 10 ans. Les motivations des croyants sont multiples. Beaucoup, comme Sandrine, évoquent la confrontation à la maladie ou à la mort. Mais tous soulignent le besoin d’appartenir à une communauté. “J’ai toujours attendu ce moment en fait, de faire la communion, mon baptême”, s’enthousiasme Sandrine. Parmi les nouveaux baptisés, beaucoup d’adolescents et de très jeunes adultes. Le signe, peut-être, d’une génération en quête de spiritualité face à la crise écologique et au retour de la guerre en Europe.

On Monday, Dominic Deangelo of Wrestling Writing sent along the following press release to formally announce the launch of The Four Horsemen Network by WWE Hall of Fame legend and former Four Horsemen member Arn Anderson.

The project will feature “The Enforcer” of the Four Horsemen teaming up with fellow pro wrestling legends Magnum TA and Greg Gagne to start a new streaming channel.
