Educational Opportunities– As an organization that puts educating our members first, there are many opportunities to gain valuable knowledge from our keynote speaker and pre convention seminars to the four days of speakers and clinic sessions and pre and post-convention NFCC courses.

Networking with Peers– With the largest numbers of coaches gathering in one location, it is a great chance to mingle with and learn from many of your peers in a laid-back, friendly and noncompetitive atmosphere. There is also programming that allows members to chat, brainstorm and share in a structured setting.

Achievements- Members are recognized for their achievements both on and off the field during luncheons, dinners and other portions of the convention. It is highlighted by the Hall of Fame dinner, our most prestigious event.
