BRIDGEWATER, NJ — A new liquor store looks to be coming to Bridgewater.
The Township Council approved the place to place transfer of a liquor license belonging to Bhagavath Singh Ketharaju of Bridgewater Wines, LLC at its Feb. 15 Council meeting.
This is a liquor license the Township sold last year and had been in pocket status until this point, said Council President Timothy Ring.

The transfer application was already approved by the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission, Enforcement Bureau.
“The last piece of the process, us approving this, will allow them to operate a liquor store,” said Ring.
