MONROE TOWNSHIP, NJ — A teen was ejected from a motorcycle after he hit a Jeep on Wednesday in Monroe Township. The driver got out to help, and another vehicle struck them both, authorities said.

The teen and the Jeep driver sustained “serious” injuries and were taken to Cooper University Hospital in Camden, police said.
A 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee was backing out of a driveway on Coles Mill Road when the motorcyclist struck the vehicle at 6:22 p.m., authorities said.

The teen was ejected from the motorcycle. When the Jeep driver was attending to him in the roadway, the front-right side of a 2015 Toyota Prius hit them both, according to law enforcement.
The Prius driver was unhurt.

The motorcyclist wasn’t wearing a helmet, authorities said. His vehicle was also unregistered and didn’t have a headlight.
Police continue to investigate the collisions, and no charges have been announced.
